分別以炭黑、甲基丙烯酸鋅(ZDMA)及兩者并用為增強(qiáng)劑填充氫化丁睛稼膠(HNBR)，研究了HNBR混煉膠的硫化特征，考察了增強(qiáng)劑種類、炭黑與ZDMA并用比、溫度對HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠物理機(jī)械性能的影響，并評(píng)價(jià)了用ZDMA/炭黑增強(qiáng)HNBR制得的封隔器膠筒的高溫高壓密封性能。結(jié)果表明，相比炭黑，ZDMA增強(qiáng)HNBR混煉膠的焦燒時(shí)間和正硫化時(shí)間均大幅度縮短，最大轉(zhuǎn)矩大幅度提高;常溫下炭黑的粒徑越小，其填充HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的物理機(jī)械性能越好，但劣于ZDMA填充HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，ZDMA/炭黑填充HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的拉伸強(qiáng)度比純ZDMA填充HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠低，但同時(shí)永久變形也降低;在高溫下，ZDMA/炭黑增強(qiáng)HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的拉伸強(qiáng)度和撕裂強(qiáng)度具有較高的保持率，且隨著溫度的升高，降低速率低于純ZDMA增強(qiáng)HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，但前者的拉斷伸長率高于后者，而永久變形小于后者;ZDMA/炭黑增強(qiáng)HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠具有優(yōu)異的耐熱空氣老化性能，且以其制得的封隔器膠筒能夠在180 ℃30MPa的壓差下保持較好的密封效果。

氫化丁睛橡膠(HNBR)是丁睛橡膠經(jīng)過選擇性加氫變成具有飽和結(jié)構(gòu)的特種聚合物，它既具有優(yōu)異的耐油和耐熱性能，又表現(xiàn)出更高的拉伸強(qiáng)度和耐磨性能，在采油工程中逐漸得到廣泛應(yīng)用。在HNBR的加工與性能研究中常用的增強(qiáng)劑為炭黑，其價(jià)格便宜，但用其增強(qiáng)的HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的耐熱空氣老化性能較差。而改性蒙脫土由于其具有層狀硅酸鹽結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)，用其填充的膠料在加工過程中難以排除氣泡，且增強(qiáng)效果不太顯著。近年來，新型增強(qiáng)劑如甲基丙烯酸鋅(ZDMA)、改性蒙脫土對HNBR的增強(qiáng)研究受到廣泛關(guān)注, ZDMA的增強(qiáng)效果較好，但成本較高，且溫度ZDMA增強(qiáng)HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響研究鮮見報(bào)道。http://www.www.sunsage.net/
