自制硅材耐候MS密封膠的綜合性能，根據I述分析，采用純度PUMS(小分子物質含碳少)為占聚合物，納米Ca(U和輕質CaCO，復配體系為擺1料，加人10份自制活比增塑劑，再加人計好的MoS,tI烷偶聯JDE3'I'DI等，在雙行星攪拌釜中抽真空混合均勻，制得硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠)按!n標準GR/'1'23261-2009的規定，測得自制硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠的綜合性能。

分析表3中的數據一以發現，按優化配力一所制得的硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠綜合性能能夠滿足從至超過標準GB/I'23261-2009的要求、自制硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠耐污染性能驗證采用本文制備的硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠分別與不同的大理石、花崗巖制成工型試件刀個按照標準引23261-2009中的規定進行污染性檢測，測試結果見圖2，詳細數據見表。

分析及表4中的結果可以發現，本文制備的硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠對被測的花崗巖和大理石均不造成污染，污染性檢測結果為無污染。

1)選用高純度PDMS產品(揮發物質含量較低)，能夠改善硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠的耐污染性。

2)輕質CaCO對硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠的耐污染性能貢獻最大，其次是重質活性CaC03，最差是重質CaG03。

3)采用自制的活性增塑劑能夠改善硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠的擠出性能，制得力學性能和污染性均滿足標準GB/T22261-2009要求的高性能石材耐候MS密封膠。http://www.www.sunsage.net/
