如圖所示，1#石材聚氨酯密封膠對石材無污染;2#石材聚氨酯密封膠由于小分子含量較高，對石材污染嚴重。選用純度較高的PDMS產品，能夠有效避免石材污染問題。

固定納米CaCO:的用量，分別與150份重質CaC03,150份重質活性CaC03和150份輕質CaC03復配，得到三種復配填料，編號為3#,4#,5#。分別采用3#,4#,5#復配填料制成硅酮石材耐候聚氨酯密封膠3#,4#,5#,3種聚氨酯密封膠對石材的耐污染性能測試結果見表。

如表所示，二種硅酮石材耐候聚氨酯密封膠在標準實驗條件下的耐污染性沒有明顯差別，但經加熱處理和紫外線處理后被測石材的污染寬度和污染深度都表現出不體來說，添加輕caCO,的5#密封膠耐污染性能鼓優，添加重質活性caCO,的4#聚氨酯密封膠耐污染性能次之，添加重質(:aC(),的3#聚氨酯密封膠耐污染性能最差、增塑劑對硅酮石材耐候聚氨酯密封膠耐污染性的影響。

適添加增塑}}J能夠改善硅酮石材耐候聚氨酯密封膠體系的娜度，進而改善其擠出性能增塑劑本身不參與聚氨酯密封膠體系化學反應，但添加增塑劑就可能存在小分子物質的遷移滲出，造成石材接縫表面及周圍吸塵而污染，即石材污染本文采用自制的活性增塑劑代竹df通增塑，并以納米,與輕質,復配體系作填料，制備了一種具有較優耐污染性能的硅酮石材耐候聚氨酯密封膠，詳細結果見表。

如表2所示，采自制活性增塑劑制得的硅酮石材耐候聚氨酯密封膠耐污染性能與不添加增塑劑的硅酮石材耐候聚氨酯密封膠耐污染性能相當「這是由于活性增塑劑，的活性基參與聚氨酯密封膠體系的聚合反應形成網狀結構，活性增塑劑本身沒有殘留，也就不會對石材造成污染。http://www.www.sunsage.net/
