表/中試片在試驗過程中均為8553內聚破壞，即破壞面發生在既有MS密封膠上，而非再粘結使用的MS密封膠表/中再粘結試片最大強度伸長率數據均已作近似處理，減去再粘結用的MS密封膠在該拉伸強度下對應的最大強度伸長率口可以認為處理后的數據能表征所取既有幕墻MS密封膠膠樣的實際最大強度伸長率。

CSI組為Cs組的同尺寸再粘結試片，最大強度值幾乎沒有變化，最大強度伸長率變化不大組試片改變了尺寸，最大強度變化不大，極差為最大強度伸長率變化相對較大，極差為。由以上結果可以得出結論:采用再粘結試片的方法能表征既有MS密封膠的最大強度;再粘結試片尺寸變化對最大強度影響不大，對最大強度伸長率影響較大口玻璃幕墻工程技術規泡規定:幕墻MS密封膠設計不應小于巨粘結寬度大于厚度口因此，推薦采用的取樣尺寸為寬H厚H口長這樣，不同幕墻接縫尺寸的取樣要求都能滿足。對某個采用結構膠的工程進行現場取樣，該幕墻己自然曝曬老化姍年口取樣尺寸為寬H口厚H按峨擊資所述的制樣方法和CI劣所規定的條件進行實驗，試片序號編為d口浦，測試結果如表P所示。

表P中試片在試驗過程中均為內聚破壞，說明再粘結用的MS密封膠對己老化既有MS密封膠粘結良好口表P中最大強度伸長率按表M中最大強度伸長率數據處理方法，作同樣的近似處理口由表P可見，固定取樣尺寸后，不同試樣間最大強度與最大強度伸長率變動不大，采用該取樣方法，具有較好的可重復性。

在MS密封膠膠縫設計范圍內，MS密封膠試片尺寸變化對最大強度影響不大，而對最大強度伸長率影響較大。

實驗用的MS密封膠與既有幕墻MS密封膠及己老化的既有幕墻MS密封膠都具有良好粘結性。

采用測試既有MS密封膠再粘結型試片拉伸粘結性的方法，能近似表征既有MS密封膠實際應用中的最大強度。

既有MS密封膠再粘結型試片在規定養護條件下的養護時間應不少于心。
