再粘結試片制備方法如下:切取既有的聚氨酯密封膠，用刀具將其切割成表4中6LJ06B號所述寬厚尺寸，長為a8的試樣，用聚氨酯密封膠(最大強度口重新粘結制得型片，聚氨酯密封膠再粘結層總厚度小于G4必要時可采用底涂增強粘結面的粘結性能，如圖G所示。建筑用聚氨酯密封膠中規定，在標準試驗條件溫度(BMB，相對濕度下養護B(拉伸粘結性實驗采用萬能拉力試驗機進行測試。結果與討論不同寬口厚尺寸對聚氨酯密封膠拉伸粘結性的影響;寬度尺寸變化對聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響取養護P的試片，將同尺寸同條件下的試片測試結果取平均值，處理結果如表M圖BflM所示。
