以低相對分子質量的聚醋多元醇、異氰酸醋三聚體、含活性氫的硅烷偶聯劑為原料，合成了一種用于促進汽車檔風玻璃與聚氨酯密封膠密封粘接的底涂劑，探討了聚醋多元醇合成的預聚體加入量和硅烷偶聯劑加入量對底涂劑性能的影響。結果表明，制成的底涂劑有較快的表干時間，并對玻璃基材和聚氨酯密封膠都具有優異的粘接力。

進人21世紀后，中國的汽車工業進人了穩定快速的發展時期，汽車產銷量已躍居世界第一位。現在汽車擋風玻璃普遍采用單組分濕固化的聚氨酯密封膠粘接密封。全世界幾乎90%生產的汽車擋風玻璃采用直接上玻璃工藝，美、歐、日則完全使用膠粘劑粘接汽車擋風玻璃川。這種設計不但可以提高車體的密封性能和可靠性，而且可以減輕車體自重。

為了保障行車及突發事件時的安全，要求密封膠與基材的粘接在破壞試驗時達到完全內聚破壞。在玻璃與聚氨酷密封膠之間涂刷一層底涂劑是目前最常用的辦法。這就要求底涂劑對玻璃和聚氨酯密封膠都具有很好的粘接力，并能在15 min內完成表干以適應車廠裝配線的要求等先后發表過相關的專利，對于底涂劑的研發思路和性能提出了各自的見解。

本研發采用低相對分子質量的聚醋多元醇與脂肪族二異氰酸醋反應先制得聚氨醋預聚體溶液，用HDI三聚體和KH-590按比例混合攪拌制得一種同時含有硅甲氧基和異氰酸醋官能團的反應產物(YP_2)，再將預聚體溶液、YP-2、乙酸乙醋、炭黑、二月桂酸二丁基錫(T-12)一起進行球磨，制得聚氨酷密封膠底涂劑。該底涂劑不但使聚氨酯密封膠與玻璃基材牢固粘接，而且具有優異的成膜性能，實現了漆膜的快速表干，以滿足車廠流水線裝配。http://www.www.sunsage.net/
