結合圖15,16可知，中MS密封膠膠筒長度優(yōu)選范圍為125mm左右，可根據(jù)實際情況合理選擇MS密封膠膠筒長度。

MS密封膠膠筒在靠近加載端的應力最大，分布不均勻，中MS密封膠膠筒和下MS密封膠膠筒應力較小，在靠近中心管的一側開孔可使MS密封膠膠筒和井壁更加貼合。文中提出了3種中間MS密封膠膠筒開孔形狀，即半圓形、矩形和三角形，分別對3種形狀進行有限元分析，并與常規(guī)結構進行對比，結果如圖17所示。

從圖中可以看出，3種開孔形狀MS密封膠膠筒的圓周接觸應力均大于不開孔的常規(guī)MS密封膠膠筒，最小密封壓力也大于不開孔的常規(guī)MS密封膠膠筒，說明開孔結構對于密封性能均有所提高，其中半圓形孔的最小密封壓力最大，矩形次之，三角形最小。圖表示不同的開孔形狀下軸向壓縮距離的變化，隨著時間的推移，壓縮距離在不斷增加，其中沒有開孔的MS密封膠膠筒壓縮行程均小于開孔MS密封膠膠筒，綜合考慮MS密封膠膠筒的密封性能、橡膠的加工等，選擇開孔形狀為半圓形。

為進一步探究開孔半徑對MS密封膠膠筒密封性能的影響，以半圓形開孔為例，分別對半徑為。3,5,8,10mm的MS密封膠膠筒進行了有限元分析，結果如圖18,19所示。從圖18中可以看出，開孔半徑為3mm時的最小密封壓力最大可達77.19MPa;開孔半徑為5mm時最小密封壓力可達75.34MPa，最小密封壓力呈先增大后減小的趨勢。http://www.www.sunsage.net/
