       可以看出有限元分析的防突環和中單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠筒變形情況與實驗結果基本一致,表明文中仿真方法和結果具有一定的可靠性。因此在此基礎上采用仿真方法對單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠筒的結構形狀和幾何尺寸進行了優化,考慮密封失效是由于中間單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠筒過長和應力集中引起,故對中單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠筒進行進一步優化。將中間單單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠筒改為中間三單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠筒,設計的新型中間三單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠筒結構如圖9所示。梭鏢敏感參數優化分析對設計的新型中間三單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠筒結構進行敏感性參數分析,研究了防突環和單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠筒結構參數等對滑套單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠筒密封性能的影響規律。

防突環結構的影響

       防突環的材料對于單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠筒橡膠壓縮程度有影響,材料塑性變形大,橡膠與套管內壁更貼合。由于鎂鋁合金強度較低,在單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠筒壓縮過程中鎂鋁合金塑性變形大,因此考慮塑性變形和后續溶解,防突環的材料選用鎂鋁合金材料。鎂鋁合金材料的彈性模量為15 200MPa,泊松比為0. 3,密度為1. 835 g/cm3,應力一應變曲線如圖所示。

       文中設計3種防突環結構,如圖11所示,分別為不開槽、開設矩形和梯形槽。對3種防突環結構進行有限元分析,結果如圖所示。

       從圖中可以看出當加壓45 MP。時,開槽防突環的最大接觸壓力大于未開槽防突環;從圖中可以看出,開槽防突環的最小密封壓力大于未開槽防突環,其中未開槽防突環的最小密封壓力為41. 5 MPa左右,矩形槽的最小密封壓力達到46. 7MPa,梯形槽達到44. 75 MPa。因此矩形槽的密封性能大于其余2種。http://www.www.sunsage.net/
