性能測試與表征拉伸粘結性測試的H型丁基防水嵌縫膠試件和十字型丁基防水嵌縫膠試件:將電子萬能材料試驗機的拉伸變化速率設為S.Smm/min，參照GB/I'13477.8-2017方法進行測試。剪切性能測試的H型丁基防水嵌縫膠試件:將電子萬能材料試驗機的拉伸變化速率設為S.Smm/min，按照JG/'I' 475-2015進行測試;剪切性能測試的搭接丁基防水嵌縫膠試件:將電子萬能材料試驗機的拉伸變化速率設為S.Smn}/min，按照GB/'I' 7124-2008進行測試。上述4種丁基防水嵌縫膠試件在拉力機上測試的情況，如圖5一8所示。

測試結束后，拉伸粘結性測試丁基防水嵌縫膠試件取每組試樣的拉伸粘結強度平均值、最大拉伸強度伸長率平均值以及粘結破壞面積作為結果;剪切性能測試丁基防水嵌縫膠試件取每組試樣的剪切強度平均值、最大剪切強度伸長率平均值和粘結破壞面積作為結果。丁基防水嵌縫膠的不同厚度丁基防水嵌縫膠試件的拉伸粘結性測試。

3種丁基防水嵌縫膠的不同厚度丁基防水嵌縫膠試件的進行拉伸粘結性測試，其中薄層粘結的膠層厚度是1 , 2mm，常規粘結的膠層厚度是12mm，測得的拉伸粘結強度和最大拉伸強度伸長率的結果見圖9一10所示、通過圖9中的拉伸粘結強度數據分析，膠樣A的拉伸粘結強度隨著粘結厚度變小呈現上升趨勢，常規粘結厚度12mm的丁基防水嵌縫膠試件拉伸粘結強度達到1.6MPa，薄層粘結厚度2mm的丁基防水嵌縫膠試件拉伸粘結強度達到1.75MPa，薄層粘結厚度1 mm的丁基防水嵌縫膠試件拉伸粘結強度達到1.86MPa。膠樣B的拉伸粘結強度隨著粘結厚度變小呈現上升趨勢，常規粘結厚度12mm的丁基防水嵌縫膠試件拉伸粘結強度達到薄層粘結厚度2mm的丁基防水嵌縫膠試件拉伸粘結強度達到1.83MPa,薄層粘結厚度1 mm的丁基防水嵌縫膠試件拉伸粘結強度達到1.99MPa。膠樣C的拉伸粘結強度隨著粘結厚度變小呈現上升趨勢，常規粘結厚度1mm的丁基防水嵌縫膠試件拉伸粘結強度達到0.71 MPa，薄層粘結厚度2mm的丁基防水嵌縫膠試件拉伸粘結強度達到1.32MPa，薄層粘結厚度1 mm的丁基防水嵌縫膠試件拉伸粘結強度達到1.SMPao 3種丁基防水嵌縫膠的薄層粘結丁基防水嵌縫膠試件的拉伸粘結強度都是高于常規粘結丁基防水嵌縫膠試件的拉伸粘結強度。http://www.www.sunsage.net/
