MS密封膠3種，膠樣A:雙組分MS密封膠(灰色)、膠樣B:單組分MS密封膠B(白色)、膠樣C:單組分MS密封膠(透明)，均符合《建筑用MS密封膠》( GB 16776-2005)的性能要求。本次測試的3種膠樣是市售的3種配方體系的MS密封膠產(chǎn)品。

H型試件的基材:陽極氧化鋁片，尺寸SOmm x SOmm x3mm;浮法白玻，尺寸SOmm x SOmm x Smm;

拉伸粘結(jié)性測試的H型試件(材料之間結(jié)構(gòu)膠厚度12mm ):按《建筑密封材料試驗(yàn)方法第8部分:拉伸粘結(jié)性的測定》(GB/T 13477.8-2017)制備H型試件，結(jié)構(gòu)MS密封膠尺寸為12mmx12mmxSOmm。每組制取5個(gè)如圖1所示的試件。

拉伸粘結(jié)性測試的十字型試件(材料之間結(jié)構(gòu)膠厚度1氏2.Omm ):采用白云科技自主開發(fā)的十字型試件，長70mm、寬30mm的玻璃和鋁材呈900在中間交疊，以結(jié)構(gòu)膠進(jìn)行粘結(jié)，結(jié)構(gòu)MS密封膠粘結(jié)面積為30mm x 30mm，膠層厚度為lmm或者2mm，制成十字型試件，每組制取5個(gè)如圖2所示的試件。

剪切性能測試的H型試件(材料之間結(jié)構(gòu)膠厚度12mm ):按照《建筑密封材料試驗(yàn)方法第8部分:拉伸粘結(jié)J勝的測定》( GB/T 13477.8-2017)制備H型試件。結(jié)構(gòu)MS密封膠尺寸為12mm x 12mm x SOmm，每組制取5個(gè)如圖3所示的試件。

剪切性能測試的搭接試件(材料之間結(jié)構(gòu)膠厚度1.0 ,2.Omm ):按照《MS密封膠拉伸剪切強(qiáng)度的測定(剛性材料對剛性材料)》( GB/T 7124-2008 )制備試件。玻璃與不銹鋼采取搭接方式，結(jié)構(gòu)MS密封膠搭接面積25mm x 12.Smm，膠層厚度1 mm或者2mm，每組制取5個(gè)如圖4所示的試件。

單組分MS密封膠的養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間:21d;雙組分MS密封膠的養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間:14d。

養(yǎng)護(hù)條件:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條件即溫度為(2312)℃、相對濕度(5015)%RH;http://www.www.sunsage.net/
