為了探究硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠薄層粘結的性能，本文通過實驗設計，分別側試了5種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在標準條件下薄層粘結試件和常規厚度粘結試件的拉伸粘結性和剪切性能。側試結果發現5種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠薄層粘結試件的拉伸粘結性和剪切性能均高于常規厚度粘結試件，但較薄的結構膠發生較小的絕對變形就產生較大的應力。通過實驗結果證明:硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的薄層粘結可以作為一種粘結方式在一些特殊場景中應用，但在應用過程中需要通過設計確保結構膠承受變形時應力不超過其強度設計值。

硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠是一種用于建筑結構中能夠傳遞結構構件間的靜態荷載或動態荷載的密封膠，其作為建筑幕墻及其他結構粘結裝配的主要粘結材料，已被廣泛使用。在建筑工程中硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠主要應用在隱框或半隱框玻璃幕墻的玻璃面板與鋁合金副框的粘結。根據《玻璃幕墻工程技術規范》JGJ 102-2003 )中的設計規定硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠粘結厚度范圍是6一12mm。在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的膠縫設計范圍內測試不同尺寸的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的H型試件，結果表明硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的H型試件隨著厚度變化，其拉伸粘結強度影響不大，而最大強度伸長率的影響較大。當前，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠滿足JGJ 102- 2003設計要求的粘結厚度是被認為安全的，最小粘結厚度不能小于6mm，但在一些特殊應用場景中的板材與金屬構架、板材與板材等粘結厚度要求非常薄，可能僅有1一3mm,針對這類薄層粘結的應用，由于沒有相關設計規范，用戶擔心硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的薄層粘結性能的可靠性。對于結構膠的薄層粘結實驗，徐志彪m對環氧樹脂結構膠和丙烯酸醋結構膠的不同厚度試件進行測試，測試結果顯示當粘接厚度不斷增加時，兩種結構膠的剪切強度和拉伸強度先增加后降低。而硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的薄層粘結實驗是極少有人進行。本文針對不同配方體系的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，開展薄層粘結性能實驗，對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠薄層粘結應用給予指導。http://www.www.sunsage.net/
