有機(jī)聚硅氧烷的分子主鏈柔順，分子間的作用力大大弱于碳?xì)浠衔铩４送猓砻鎻埩π　⒈砻婺艿汀⒈砻婵赏扛残圆睿彩怯袡C(jī)硅MS密封膠的顯著特征。而正是這些特征大大地限制了有機(jī)硅MS密封膠的應(yīng)用，特別是在需要進(jìn)行表面裝飾(涂飾)的建筑領(lǐng)域。如何獲得表面可修飾性的有機(jī)硅MS密封膠，已經(jīng)成為拓展有機(jī)硅MS密封膠應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域魚待解決的問題。

美國Dowcorning和GE公司、德國Wack-er公司、日本Toshiba和Shin Etsu公司等均已經(jīng)開展了表面可修飾性有機(jī)硅MS密封膠的研究。從已公開的專利可以發(fā)現(xiàn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)表面可修飾性的方法主要包括:對(duì)填料進(jìn)行表面處理、添加活性組分、表面覆蓋有機(jī)物以及對(duì)有機(jī)硅氧烷主鏈進(jìn)行化學(xué)改性等。

在10份的基礎(chǔ)聚合物中添加70-150份分散性好的沉淀法針須狀CaC03 ,另外加人30-200份有機(jī)溶劑。在干燥和室溫條件下，通過低剪切力作用使各組分混合均勻，配制成有機(jī)硅MS密封膠。待接觸空氣中的濕氣后，交聯(lián)固化形成彈性體。其表面至少可以用一種類型的油漆進(jìn)行涂飾。此工藝強(qiáng)調(diào)在配制過程中施加低剪切力十分重要，剪切力的大小應(yīng)不足以破壞CaCO:團(tuán)聚形成的無規(guī)三維網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。一旦其網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)被破壞，則表面可修飾性變差，甚至不可修飾。

通過在體系中加人大里填料的方法也制得了表面可修飾性的有機(jī)硅MS密封膠。其工藝為:在100份的基礎(chǔ)聚合物中加人200-500份經(jīng)硬脂酸處理的沉淀法CaC03和1 -50份二甲基硅油作為增塑劑，低剪切混合制得有機(jī)硅MS密封膠，固化后的表面具有可修飾性。若CaCO,的用量低于200份，則可修飾性變差;如果其用量大于500份，則固化前過于粘稠，施工性差。上述專利均強(qiáng)調(diào)填料的加人以及共混工藝對(duì)有機(jī)硅MS密封膠表面可修飾性的重要影響。http://www.www.sunsage.net/
