在焊縫和飯金搭接區域的內側涂有焊裝車身膠,以增強結構粘接性并提高密封性能。然而,在涂裝車間進行硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠涂覆作業后,這些區域的間隙處形成了密閉空腔,經過烘烤后,在高溫下,密閉空腔內的空氣受熱膨脹,使硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠局部隆起;此外,四門兩蓋(即四個車門、前機蓋和后備箱蓋)的折邊在壓合或滾邊后,對于間隙較大的區域,涂覆硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠后,也會在這些不均勻間隙內形成密閉空腔,進而形成膠泡。
在新能源汽車制造過程中,四門兩蓋的邊緣處通常應用包邊工藝進行處理。為了確保折邊面的平整度,同時增強其防腐與密封性能,一般在包邊前需要涂覆折邊膠。車身折邊膠的涂布方法以及壓合折邊間隙的大小,也是導致硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠產生膠泡的重要因素,壓合折邊完成后,折邊膠與折邊之間存在一定的間隙,在外側涂布硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠后,這些間隙處就會形成密閉空腔,經過高溫烘烤后,密閉空腔內的空氣受熱膨脹,導致硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠層鼓起,形成膠泡。
褶皺、雜質缺陷
在新能源汽車硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠涂裝過程中,褶皺和雜質是常見的質量缺陷,嚴重影響膠層的外觀質量。雜質來源廣泛,包括空氣中的塵土、未清潔干凈的車身表面或噴涂設備中的殘留物等,雜質進入涂層后,不僅會破壞膠層的光滑度,還會影響膠層的附著力,進而引發膠層脫落、損壞等質量問題。例如,新能源汽車車身四門在涂裝過程中,由于黑膠和紅膠的填充量過多,且在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠施工前未能徹底清理干凈,導致在后續的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠施工中,PVC膠層中會混入雜物。另外,在新能源汽車涂裝過程中,褶皺現象主要出現在涂料涂覆后,由于涂料表面未能均勻流平,形成明顯的褶皺紋路。http://www.www.sunsage.net/
