某項目使用單組分MS密封膠,MS密封膠注膠深度為lOmm,在低溫條件下,完全固化所需的時間可能是常溫下的2倍一3倍甚至更長。
另外,通風條件和空氣濕度也對單、雙組分MS密封膠的固化過程產生影響。良好的通風條件對單、雙組分的固化和粘接過程均比較有利。空氣濕度過低(低于50%)或過高(高于90%)都將對MS密封膠的固化產生不利的影響。此時應加強質量控制,并通過割膠試驗密切關注MS密封膠的固化及粘接情況。
