由于單、雙組分丁基防水嵌縫膠固化機理的不同，養護環境對丁基防水嵌縫膠固化的影響在單組分結構丁基防水嵌縫膠中表現更加明顯。單組分丁基防水嵌縫膠的固化情況與養護時間有明顯的關系，在相同的環境下，養護時間越長，固化程度越高。雖然養護環境對雙組分丁基防水嵌縫膠的固化速度沒有明顯的影響，但對雙組分丁基防水嵌縫膠的粘接速度則有著明顯的影響。雙組分丁基防水嵌縫膠的固化過程和粘結性的建立過程是獨立的，即使雙組分丁基防水嵌縫膠達到完全固化，也并不意味著丁基防水嵌縫膠和基材建立了完全的粘結性。因此，當養護環境無法達到要求時，需適當延長養護時間，并通過割膠試驗密切關注丁基防水嵌縫膠的固化及粘接情況。如果丁基防水嵌縫膠因為環境的影響，出現粘接不穩定的情況。那么即使按照粘接性測試的結果不需要打底涂，也可以通過現場粘接性測試，使用合適的底涂以增強粘接的效果。http://www.www.sunsage.net/
