材料的原因及解決方案

由于實(shí)際施工過程中使用的材料(鋁材、玻璃、硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠、清洗劑、底涂液等)批次很多，需要注意不同批次間可能存在差異。同時(shí)，施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的環(huán)境與進(jìn)行粘接性試驗(yàn)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境也不盡相同。因此，在施工過程中，需要對(duì)每批次進(jìn)廠的材料進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)粘接性試驗(yàn)。

另外，也需要注意與硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠接觸的輔材，例如橡膠條、雙面膠貼、橡膠墊片等可能對(duì)粘接產(chǎn)生的影響。某些輔材可能含有過量的或者與硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠不相容的增塑劑，可能滲入硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠并導(dǎo)致硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠變色、軟化以及脫粘等。因此，輔材也需要提前與硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠進(jìn)行粘接性和相容性測(cè)試。

如不在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠產(chǎn)品規(guī)定的施工環(huán)境下施工，則可能發(fā)生粘接問題。例如溫度過低時(shí)，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠與基材表面潤(rùn)濕性降低，影響硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠與基材的粘結(jié)性，如圖所示。
