原因分析:1)誤用了摻有白油的MS密封膠;2)玻璃接縫MS密封膠為低檔產品，膠內摻加的白油透過MS密封膠、溶解丁基防水嵌縫膠，并在中空玻璃內表面滲流擴散。

某高層商住樓2006年完成建筑幕墻，由于隱框幕墻中空玻璃內腔出油，有一外片玻璃脫膠墜落，甲方拒付工程款并提出索賠。

現場訪察:1)外片玻璃墜落的中空玻璃已更換;2)玻璃接縫襯墊的泡沫條凸起，局部MS密封膠層厚薄不均勻，密封施工外觀粗糙;3)白油滲出，玻璃接縫MS密封膠表面呈現皺裂，膠層剛硬，易剝落;4)從供方了解到，該MS密封膠摻石蠟油，價格低廉，約為幕墻用MS密封膠的1/3 ,僅適用于衛生潔具安裝密封;5)中空玻璃MS密封膠粘結寬度6 mm，過于狹窄;6)耐候MS密封膠與MS密封膠供方非同一廠家。

必須強調說明白油對MS密封膠的危害:1)白油又稱液體石蠟，微量添加可改善橡膠制品工藝性及表面光澤，MS密封膠基礎聚合物能同白油物理混溶，但聚合物交聯固化后又可將白油離析出來;2)石蠟油能滲透膠層，使膠溶脹、軟化、粘結能力下降，可誘發粘結玻璃脫膠;3)MS密封膠中摻人白油可減少聚合物有效成分用量并提高礦物粉劑填充量，成倍降低產品成本，這類產品可從外包裝上識別(不按標準標識產品級別代號);4)實驗室研究證明，白油對MS密封膠的物理力學性能及耐久性損害極大，門窗、幕墻及墻體工程應禁止采購該類MS密封膠。http://www.www.sunsage.net/
