詢問及現(xiàn)場勘察發(fā)現(xiàn):1)玻璃是在一次大風(fēng)中墜落的，開啟窗上中空玻璃的內(nèi)片玻璃尚存;2)整片玻璃由15層墜落在2層平臺(tái)上，未傷人，僅2層外窗鋼制護(hù)欄被砸變形;3)觀測玻璃碎片，可見丁基防水嵌縫膠沿原始粘結(jié)寬度5 mm全部脫粘，僅存無承載能力的丁基防水嵌縫膠殘層(圖9左);4)觀察建筑物幕墻的其他中空玻璃，可見粘結(jié)尺寸相同并發(fā)現(xiàn)有局部脫膠跡象。

開啟窗中空玻璃的外片玻璃墜落原因分析:

1)JGJ102-2003規(guī)定隱框幕墻中空玻璃粘結(jié)應(yīng)采用丁基防水嵌縫膠，粘結(jié)尺寸按極限承載狀態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)，粘結(jié)寬度C5應(yīng)按給定條件的計(jì)算結(jié)果取值。經(jīng)核算，該建筑幕墻在無支撐狀態(tài)玻璃自重荷載作用下，丁基防水嵌縫膠粘結(jié)寬度CS應(yīng)大于9.4 mm;在風(fēng)荷載作用下粘結(jié)寬度CS至少應(yīng)取10.5 mm。而該幕墻玻璃粘結(jié)寬度僅5 mm，比計(jì)算的安全取值少了一半，所以粘結(jié)節(jié)點(diǎn)承載能力嚴(yán)重不足是玻璃墜落的主因。

2)該幕墻中空玻璃丁基防水嵌縫膠粘結(jié)厚度為6 mm，當(dāng)玻璃溫差位移時(shí)，為保證丁基防水嵌縫膠伸縮變形不產(chǎn)生大于強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值的應(yīng)力，選用的丁基防水嵌縫膠變位能力(6值)必須適度。該建筑幕墻缺失丁基防水嵌縫膠選材的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)參數(shù)。經(jīng)驗(yàn)算，北京地區(qū)玻璃表面一1570℃溫差變化條件下，該幕墻必須選用變位能力大于4%的丁基防水嵌縫膠。

3)該建筑幕墻已有因密封失效水蒸氣進(jìn)入中空玻璃內(nèi)部的記錄，濕汽對(duì)粘結(jié)界面的侵蝕可直接誘發(fā)玻璃脫膠墜落。

4)該開啟窗密封粘結(jié)中空玻璃的丁基防水嵌縫膠外露，已使用12年，長期受外部雨淋、光照等環(huán)境的侵蝕，丁基防水嵌縫膠的性能及承載能力劣化。http://www.www.sunsage.net/
